The Headwaters RLF program covers Butte, Custer and Lemhi counties. The borrower must provide a minimum of 15% injection, and the RLF can provide up to 85% of the project costs, unless a Private Third Party Lender is available. Eligible projects start at $5,000 and can go as high as $200,000. The Rexburg RLF program covers Madison county only.
